Written quotations remain valid for 15 days after dispatch unless otherwise stated. If the scope changes after work has commenced, any additional fee should be discussed and agreed with the client before continuing. Clients should confirm acceptance of the quotation and terms by email before translation work proceeds.
Fees are in Australian dollars and include GST. Applicable taxes and agreed expenses may be included in the invoice.
Professional translators understand that client documents and materials are confidential and subject to non-disclosure. The existing website notes more than 25 years of handling confidential material.
